As stated within the Aptitude Training satisfaction policy.

If you enrol and are unhappy with the course, simply inform us, and we will refund your fee in full.

Conditions of the policy

  • You must cancel within the first 2 days of purchase.
  • You must state in writing your request for a full refund within 3 days of notification of cancellation.
  • When making the written request, provide feedback as to why the course did not meet your needs
  • A full refund will be processed within 5 days upon receipt of the written request
